100% PVC-free.
Does not catch flame, does not Propagate Fire.

Applications: Suitable for use in conduit and for fixed protected installation. In particular for installation where fire, smoke emission and toxic fumes create a potential hazard.

Conductor: Thin Strands of Electrolytic Copper are multi - drawn simultaneously for uniformity of Resistance, Dimension, and Flexibility. The drawn strands are collected and uni-laid in high precision machines and compacted. The perfectly circular conductor is thus formed. This enables reduction in overall diameter for space saving in high density wiring. The strands do not get cut when stripping the Insulation. The conductor offers perfect contact at pins, terminals and sockets. This eliminates spot heating and sparking.
 
Insulation: Specially formulated grade of Halogen Free Flame Retardant (HFFR) compound is used. The performance of the cable in fire situation is exceptionally good. The insulation does not burn readily. It does not melt and drip to spread fire. The smoke is negligible, transparent and non toxic. This also insures improved visibility and facilitates fire fighting operations. Unlike PVC, the smoke emitted is non-corrosive. Thus, the electronic printed circuit boards, hard disks and other sensitive electronic equipments are unaffected. HFFR insulation is environment friendly and it saves human lives.

Marking: The cables are ink jet printed with generic marking "HFFR".
 
Colours: Red, Yellow, Blue, Black, Green
 
Packing: 90 mtrs. (Approx. 100 yards) coils packed in protective cartons; jumbo coils in special payout boxes also available to help reduce wastage at the time of installation.
